One of the unique features of Seven Oaks is that we can provide private accommodations for one or two people, or large groups of up to 25 guests. It’s a great place for football weekends, wedding parties, family reunions, or just a relaxing place where you and your family can enjoy being together in a quiet setting.

Please note that a two-night minimum charge will apply on ‘Event Weekends’ such as TAMU graduations, sporting events, etc.

You will find all of the comforts and amenities of home – with a furnished kitchen, complementary coffee, satellite TV, and wireless Internet.

If you need to do laundry, a utility room with a washer and dryer is available. You can stay on the property and relax or in the event you do want to run into town, we’re conveniently located a few minutes away from College Station, Bryan, and Caldwell.

Continental breakfast or a full hot breakfast is available at an additional cost – home cooking made from the freshest ingredients.
