About this place

Includes two guest suites located upstairs in our separate guest house; sleeps up to eight adults. Equipped with fully furnished kitchen and amenities exclusively yours.

Includes the entire downstairs Guest House with six private bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 adults, furnished kitchen, two shared bathrooms, washer/dryer, common room, covered patio, and dining area.

Includes two bedrooms in the master suite section of the historic Seven Oaks home. Includes two private bedrooms each BR with a queen bed, one crib available and one private bath, but no TV or kitchen.

Located west of College Station on Highway 21 at the Brazos River – 15 minutes from Texas A&M University Campus, 5 minutes from RELLIS Campus, and 10 minutes from Texas A&M Health Science Center. Enjoy comfortable accommodations for any occasion.

The Space

Two guest suites are located on the second floor of the Guest House. It comes with a private bedroom and work desk, private living room with a large HDTV, microwave, fully furnished kitchen and living room.

Six private bedrooms each sleep two adults, with total occupancy of 12 people. Great location for a group or large gathering. Downstairs Guest House includes six bedrooms on first floor that sleeps up to 12 adults.

The main house suite has connected bedrooms that are independently separated from the rest of our home. When you stay in the main house suite, you have access to the bedrooms and the private bathroom.

We are Aggie-owned and operated.

Guest Access

As a Seven Oaks guest, you will have full access to a covered patio, furnished kitchen, living room, dining area, high speed internet, bathrooms, and laundry room.

Interaction with Guests

We live onsite and check-in on occasion to ensure you have everything you need. Self-check is also available with advance coordination.  Please email us to request.

Other things to note

Light continental breakfast provided. Complete hot breakfast provided by request at additional cost.
