All Seven Oaks B&B rooms have a minimum 2 nights stay except the North and/or South Suites. The North and/or South Suites can be booked individually or together for one night except on the dates below. All other combinations require a two night minimum unless special arrangements are made in advance.

For major Texas A&M sporting events, such as football games, and other university events, including graduation, parents weekend and Ring Day, Seven Oaks B&B does NOT raise our pricing. However, to best accommodate the needs of our guests a two-night stay is required on these major event weekends.
